The delivery charges quoted are to U.K mainland only. If you're from outside mainland UK please email us and we'll arrange a shipping quote for you.
UK DELIVERY STANDARD CHARGE: The standard delivery charge to UK is £5.95.
Large or heavy items and items which require a two man delivery team will incur an additional delivery charge.
This charge will be clearly stated on the product information page.
Scottish Highlands and the remote postcodes listed below will be subject to a further charge where a two man delivery is necessary:
AB31+, FK20-21, IV6+, KW, PA20-PA80 & PH15+.

Because we hold all items in stock, we are able to keep delivery times to a minimum. However please allow up to 10 working days for small to medium sized items and up to 21 days for large furniture.
If you need an accurate delivery time scale for a specific piece, please call or email us.
Small items will be delivered by either Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Larger parcels will be sent by Interlink Express who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery day and give you a one hour delivery window.
Very large and/or heavy items will be sent using 'Furdeco' two man delivery. Furdeco will contact you directly at least 48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a day for delivery and give you a two hour time window.
The delivery driver will also call you on the day, giving you one hour's notice.
On occasions, we may see fit to use couriers other than those listed above.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is sufficient access for delivery into the intended property/room.
All dimensions are listed on the product description page but please be aware that because of the handmade nature of some pieces there may be very slight variations in size.
If access is dependent on precise measurements, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will provide exact dimensions for you.
Some larger items may require light assembly. This can be performed by the two man delivery team.
Please check all items for damage upon delivery. Should any damage be evident please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
When receiving large furniture, please thoroughly inspect the item prior to signing the proof of delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once the courier has obtained a signature.
We're confident that you'll be very happy with your purchase. If however you're not completely satisfied you can return it to us for a full refund (minus the delivery charge) within seven days of delivery providing the item is unused, is undamaged and is in its original packaging.
We recommend that when returning goods you choose a tracked or recorded delivery option with additional insurance if necessary as we are not responsible for loss or damage to items being returned to us.
